Why do I keep getting asked for my PIN?
The Hayu app will ask for your PIN when content for mature/adult audiences is played for the first time - and it won't be requested again for 4 hours. As an 18+ service, this allows you to keep stronger content away from children that shouldn't see it. However, if you do not need to set a PIN on your account you can select to disable this feature in the "Settings" under "My Account".
