How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?
If you're having issues streaming videos using a web browser, clearing your browser cache may solve your issue. Please see below for instructions on how to do this for your browser.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
. - Click More tools
Clear browsing data. - At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Check the "Cached images and files" and "cookies and other site data" boxes.

Safari
- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
- Note: You may want to also clear your browser history. Select the History drop-down, then Clear History.
Microsoft Edge
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy and services .
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select "cached data and files" and "cookies and other saved website data".
- Select Clear now.
Firefox
- Click the menu button and select Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
- With Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
- Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved
