I can't access the Hayu app

We're really sorry you're having this issue. Please try the following steps to resolve this: 

1. Uninstall the Hayu app to delete it completely from your phone. 
2. Restart your device and close any background apps.
3. Reinstall the Hayu app from the App Store and try to watch our shows again.
