I can't access the Hayu app

We're really sorry you're having this issue. Please try the following steps to resolve this: 

1. Uninstall the Hayu app to delete it completely from your phone. 
2. Restart your device and close any background apps.
3. Reinstall the Hayu app from the App Store and try to watch our shows again.

In most cases, the steps above can solve the issues, but if you're still having problems, please check your network settings and try to follow our these steps one more time after approximately 15 minutes. If this still does not work, please contact us by hitting the "message us" button below.
