Telstra account billing is available to eligible customers who subscribe to hayu through a Telstra TV set-top box or via the Telstra website, and who select Telstra billing as a preferred payment method.
To check whether you are being billed by Telstra, log into your account (“My Account”) and check your Subscription details. If you wish to pay hayu directly and cancel your Telstra billing arrangements, please switch to a new payment method on the Subscription page. If you wish to cancel your Telstra billing arrangements and pay hayu directly, you will need to cancel your subscription on the “My Account” page, wait until it expires and then re-subscribe with a new payment method. If you wish to change the method by which you pay your Telstra bill, please contact Telstra’s customer support team directly to make those changes. If you disagree with a charge on your Telstra bill, please contact Telstra customer support to discuss your concerns.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, by visiting the “Subscription” section on your hayu account (“My Account”) page. Of course, we’ll be sorry to you go!
