FetchTV account billing is available to eligible customers who subscribe to Hayu through a Fetch TV box or via the Fetch website, and who select FetchTV billing as a preferred payment method.
To check whether you are being billed by Fetch, log into your Hayu account (“My Account”) and check your Subscription details. If you wish to pay Hayu directly and cancel your Fetch billing arrangements, please switch to a new payment method on the Subscription page. If you disagree with a charge on your FetchTV bill or you wish to change the method by which you pay your FetchTV bill, please contact Fetch's customer support team via the "Contact us" page on the Fetch website.
To unsubscribe from Hayu, go to Hayu.com and log into your account, then go to Payment Details and select 'Cancel'.
