How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?

If you're having issues streaming videos using a web browser, clearing your browser cache may solve your issue. Please see below for instructions on how to do this for your browser. 

Google Chrome 

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools  Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Check the  "Cached images and files" and "cookies and other site data" boxes. 
6. Click Clear data. Click here for more information on how to change more cookie settings in Chrome.

1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache. 
4. Note: You may want to also clear your browser history. Select the History drop-down, then Clear History.

1. Select Settings and more  > Settings  > Privacy and services .
2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
3. Select "cached data and files" and "cookies and other saved website data". 
4. Select Clear now. 

1. Click the menu button  and select Options.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data. 
4. With Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
5. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved
